Want to Comment on YouTube Videos? Now You need Google Plus

YouTube now requires users to have a Google Plus account to post a comment. Google says the change is for personalising the comment section for each viewer with posts from the creator of the content on the top, followed by popular personalities discussions below it and users in the Google plus circles.  Reports say that the change in the comment system has fueled controversies with users planning to eventually stop commenting on the site rather than sync or make Google plus accounts.

Video owners are provided with tools to review comments before they’re posted, and can block certain words. They can also auto-approve comments from certain fans.
