Samsung launches Galaxy Grand Prime at Rs.15,499
Samsung has launched first selfie smartphone, Galaxy Grand Prime in India with price tag of Rs.15,499. The new Samsung smartphone has 5MP camera in front the front camera has an 85-degree wide-angle lens, which can capture more area than regular smartphone front cameras.
The Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime has 5-inch display with 960x540p resolution and packs 8GB internal storage and supports microSD cards with capacities up to 64GB. Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime has dual SIM that runs Android KitKat with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. There is alos micro SD card slot which can support further external storage up to 64GB.
The Galaxy Grand Prime is powered by 1.2GHz quad core processor probably Qualcomm Snapdragon. The handset has option to support 14 Indian regional languages. There is an 8 megapixel rear auto focus camera with flash and front camera of 5MP (Wide Angle) resolution.
The device has touch screen of 5 inches TFT supporting 960 x 540 pixels (qHD) resolution. The Galaxy Grand Prime handset is 8.6mm thickness and some key features are 3G and 2G support, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. There is 2600 mAh battery that can offers day-long battery life, according to Samsung.
