Google Nexus 6 with 6-inch display and 2.65GHz quad-core official now
The name suggests that the device comes with 6-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, which accounts to a pixel density of 496ppi. The Nexus 6 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset with 2.65GHz quad-core CPU powering the smartphone. Google’s latest Nexus smartphone has 3GB of RAM, 13 megapixel f/2.0 rear camera with optical image and dual-LED flash, 2 megapixel front facing shooter and either 32GB or 64GB of internal memory.
The device Google Nexus 6 has lot of feature upgrades for the predecessor, previous version Nexus 5 sports 5.96-inch QHD with 2560×1440 pixels (493 ppi pixels per inch), AMOLED capacitive touchscreen protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 805 series Snapdragon CPU, runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and comes packed with 32/64GB storage capacity and 3GB RAM.
The device has 13MP main camera with Dual-LED flash, f2.0 aperture, 4K video recording, and 2MP front camera with HD video conferencing feature. Device sports 3220 mAh battery with talk time up to 24 hours, standby time close to 250-300 hours.
The Nexus 6 is the demand in the market despite its big screen size. The sources said that the both 32 GB and 64 GB versions of the device (Midnight Blue and Cloud White) were sold out a few minutes after it was opened for pre-order last month. The device Nexus 6 is not available for pre-order online on Google Play Store.
The device Nexus 6 runs on the latest Android L which is now called Android 5.0 Lollipop. The battery is 3,200mAh and Google Nexus 6 features with turbo charging that users can get up to 6 hours of usage with 15 minutes of charging. The Motorola Nexus 6 will be available in two color variants Midnight Blue and Cloud White. The announcement from company that Google will start accepting pre-orders from October and the shipments will get November.
