BlackBerry Passport with 4.5inch screen Launched at Rs. 49,990

BlackBerry in started to offer something new has come up with the BlackBerry Passport, a square phone, which is available India for Rs.48,990. BlackBerry Passport will be available to pre-order on Amazon India. The consumers can book book the smartphone at Amazon India and will receive Amazon gift card worth of Rs. 5,000 and 5000 miles from Jet Airways.

The BlackBerry Passport is the first smartphone from BlackBerry to come with BlackBerry 10.3 Operating System on board, which brings features as BlackBerry Assistant, and a brand new BlackBerry Hub with Instant Actions.  The BlackBerry Passport will go on sale at retail from October 10th with Price tag of Rs. 49,990. At the time of launching company also told that the smartphone available with Amazon asw ell as BlackBerry stores.

The BlackBerry Passport comes 4.5 inch screen with 1:1 aspect ratio with support resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels. This handset runs on BlackBerry 10 OS and is powered by 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 MSM8974-AA processor with Adreno 330 GPU clocked at 450 MHz. The BlackBerry Passport storage there is 3GB RAM, 32GB storage and 128GB external micro SD card support. The BlackBerry Passport camera comes with 13 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2 megapixel front facing camera.

The BlackBerry Passport has dimension of 128×90.1×9.3mm, and with Nano-SIM card slot. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Micro-USB + Micro-HDMI via SlimPort, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, and 4G LTE. The good news to the BlackBerry users that the device has better in terms of size and the BalckBerry Passport keyboard comes with a learning curve.
